This Lifecare Community came to us through a referral from one of our larger competitors. Keswick was using poorly designed and badly written self-mailers to attract leads by inviting prospects to attend Open Houses at their location. Their local Lettershop was printing the self-mailers and providing a Voter's Registration list. When Keswick came to us, their occupancy levels were under 60%. They had a real problem. Response rates were dismal. List selection and creative positioning were the key culprits. We fixed the list problems. We reinvented the creative. We also used a well-respected, experienced DP/Lettershop.

In less than two years, Keswick Pines went from under 60% occupancy levels to 100%. In fact, our invitational direct mail, lead generating, packages proved so successful in attracting prospective residents that not only do they now have a waiting list, but they also have just completed a major expansion to their facility.
